I started running last year, in July’12.
I’d never really been a sporty person, in fact I remember always been lazy (& not very graceful nor agile) since I was a little girl. I was always the kid with an excuse to skip PT lessons.
That’s changed quite a bit in the past year. I’ve been working out & running as much as possible, and felt the difference.
Running is such an easy way to stay active, specially when travelling/spending days in studio. All I have to do is pack running shoes with me- and I’m ready. It helps me disconnect, clear my mind & gain focus.
This Sunday I am doing my first half marathon- Nike’s Run To The Beat. 13 miles (21km) of running & music. I’ve been training for it since the beginning of Summer.
